There are eleven propositions to change the Greenville City Charter on election day, November 3rd.  Early voting will continue today and next week at the Washington Street polls.  The issues address residency requirements, public transportation clarification that could affect new shared ride services such as UBER and LYFT, and the city’s ability to fix fares and tolls.  In addition, there are seven propositional changes to the Texas State Constitution being voted on.
